A seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience leading business improvement, analytics, risk, operations, budget management and accustomed to multiple concurrent site management. Experience includes design and construction operations, budgeting, cost control, schedules, value engineering, risk management, design management and change order valuation.

Adrian is CEO and founder at IMAJION, and supports product development, team growth, and sales. He has been working in the commercial construction technology space for over five years.
His core expertise is learning how project teams can apply the latest emerging technologies in practical ways to improve their projects, and helping those teams to succeed as best as possible at improving efficiency, safety, and productivity on site.

Prior to The Link, Hugh was general manager of Crosswalk by CSI. Hugh brings decades of product management and leadership experience to his roles and is passionate about the building industry and its potential. Hugh lives in Austin, TX.
Jonathan is responsible for overseeing Soil Connect’s growth, revenue generation, business development, and customer acquisition and retention strategies. He is the lead thought partner to the CEO and plays a key fundraising role on the Leadership Team.
Most recently, Jonathan served as the National Vice President of Sales at TRUX. During his tenure, he built and managed hyper-growth sales engines that grew sales by over 6,000 percent, helping to achieve profitability in less than three years. Prior to TRUX, Jonathan worked in sales and business development at StoneMakers Corporation, as interim Director of Sales and Business Development, followed by being named Assistant Director, leading a team that sold internationally.
Tim Gollogly is the VP of Business Development at IMAJION and a Partner at Blue Collar Capital, an early-stage construction tech investment firm where he sees a wide range of technologies. Tim is also a member of AXA XL’s Collaboratory, whose goal is to find ways to adopt technologies that reduce risks on job sites, leading to lower customer premiums. He has over 15 years of experience in the Private Financial Markets with investments ranging from Industrial Equipment Finance, Structured Credit, and early-stage tech investing.
